COMMUNITY REMINDERS FROM YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

•    The yearly assessment for 2026 is set at $315 per lot and due on Jan. 1, 2026
•    Hunter’s Ridge will continue with the replacing of culvert pipes in the drainage retention ponds throughout 2026 to remain in compliance with SWFMND. This is a large expenditure that is made possible by the assessments paid by the homeowners.
•    The continued maintenance of all homes, power washing, painting, lawn and shrub trimming, etc., increases property values for ALL homes within our desirable community.
•    To increase ease of location and identification by Emergency Service Providers, all homes are required to have their address numbers visibly posted on the outside of their home and on their mailbox.  Please evaluate the condition of your mailbox and replace it if necessary.
•    On street parking and parking your vehicle which blocks sidewalks within Hunter’s Ridge is Not Permitted by County Ordinance. PCSO does come through and enforce this County policy and issues citations. Parking vehicles on lawns is frowned upon as it creates problems for the lawn and detracts from the overall appearance of your property. Damaged lawns caused by vehicles must be replaced or repaired.
•    Operation of unregistered vehicles (go-carts, golf carts, etc.) is prohibited on all County roadways unless otherwise noted. Any operation of these vehicles must meet the equipment requirements as described in the recently updated Florida laws and all operators are now required to have a valid license or permit in their possession. Please take a minute to check the latest updates to the Florida Statutes to assure compliance for these types of vehicles.
•    For the safety of pedestrians, children and pets, please be mindful of your speed throughout the neighborhood.
•    Please remember to pick up pet waste when exercising your dogs. It is not only a violation of both County and HOA regulations, but also an unsanitary health risk.

We are quite fortunate and thankful to have so many homeowners that continue to strive to keep “Hunter’s Ridge” a lovely and highly desirable place to live and raise their families.

Thank You and have a Healthy and Safe 2026!
